We are pleased to announce Jim Underwood has joined us at West Country Catering; Jim has an extensive background in event management and hospitality. He trained in a five star country house hotel where he obtained a fellowship in hotel management along with a degree from the academy Frances Paris.  He has arranged events for a host of royalty including The Princess Royal, The Duke of York and the Late Princess Diana along with a vast list of celebrities Joan Collins and Rod Stewart just to name a couple he has hosted over 500 weddings from an intimate wedding for 4 at Chewton Glen to 3000 guests in a Scottish Castle. He also has vast experience in corporate hospitality working with some of the country’s top companies where the most exacting standards and attention to detail are required. Jim will work with John, Alison and the rest of the team to ensure the continued success and growth of the company at this very exciting time

We are delighted to have been awarded the contract to cater at the 30th Anniversary of the end of the Falklands War.  This will be a huge event supported by Royalty and with spectacular displays by the Red Arrows. More details to follow.
