About Us
With many years experience in the hotel and catering industry we understand the value of customer service. From small beginnings we have grown over the years to be able to cater for over 1000 guests in a private or corporate setting making the last guest feel as special as the first.
We are pleased to announce Jim Underwood has joined us at West Country Catering; Jim has an extensive background in event management and hospitality. He trained in a five star country house hotel where he obtained a fellowship in hotel management along with a degree from the academy Frances Paris. He has arranged events for a host of royalty including The Princess Royal, The Duke of York and the Late Princess Diana along with a vast list of celebrities Joan Collins and Rod Stewart just to name a couple he has hosted over 500 weddings from an intimate wedding for 4 at Chewton Glen to 3000 guests in a Scottish Castle. He also has vast experience in corporate hospitality working with some of the country’s top companies where the most exacting standards and attention to detail are required. Jim will work with John, Alison and the team to ensure the continued success and growth of the company at this very exciting time

Our uniformed staff will provide a truly spectacular centre piece for any occasion. West Country Catering knows how much work needs to be covered to plan your event, sourcing, preparing and serving the food, and all associated equipment, we will transport the food in our refrigerated vans, and prepare and cook all food safely and hygienically.
