Last week we catered for over 300 staff and vistors at the closure of the The Bush Resource and Activity Centre in Bristol.  Although a sad day a good time was had by all, they loved the hog roast, “the best Hog Roast we have ever had” was a frequent comment.

Antique Fair Catering in Dorset

We are delighted to have been chosen to cater for Forest Fairs Antique Markets in Dorset.  We will be looking to increase the range of food available and will be asking for suggestions so that we can best cater for the stool holders and shoppers alike.

Our First Fair will be on May Bank Holiday weekend 25th May at Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre Wimborne.

Chocolate Fuel

I have heard that waste chocolate can be used to power vehicles and is enviromentally friendly, not sure where they wil get lots of waste choclate from there is not enough left after people have enjoyed our chocolate fountains to get us out of the car park.

 We have recently introduced a unique dipping food for our chocolate fountains, Personalised Gingerbread Men, just send us a photo of your face and any guests you want to add and we will personalise up to 20 Gingerbread men to circle the base of the fountain, see how delighted your guests are when they find themselves.

Swine Flu cannot be caught from eating pork or pork products says GMTV medical expert this morning , Hog Roasts are safe and a inexpensive and great way to feed large numbers of people.  We still have a few slots left for this year, and are now taking bookings for 2010 and 2011.
