Just completed a job at the fabulous setting of Portland Castle, Dorset. Bride arrived by boat and our deliciuos canapes were served in the historic courtyard overlooking the sea, followed by three course meal in a marquee on the lawn. Fantastic

Our new Cafe and Deli at St Catherines Parade Fairmile Road Christchurch was opened on Thursday 4th March 2010 by the Mayor and Mayoress of Christchurch David and Denise Flagg. We were delighted that some of our previous clients dropped in the wish us good luck and also some new clients came along to sample our canapes. The evening was a great success with everyone enjoying sampling our fantastic menu and purchasing some of our amazing local produce, including our gourmet hampers.

He has arranged events for a host of royalty including The Princess Royal, The Duke of York and the Late Princess Diana along with a vast list of celebrities Joan Collins and Rod Stewart just to name a couple he has hosted over 500 weddings from an intimate wedding for 4 at Chewton Glen to 3000 guests in a Scottish Castle. He also has vast experience in corporate hospitality working with some of the country’s top companies where the most exacting standards and attention to detail are required. Jim will work with John, Alison and the rest of the team to ensure the continued success and growth of the company at this very exciting time

Despite the wind and rain trying to spoil the party, the Ruby celebrations of New Look were a great success with everyone enjoying the food, “the best curry we have ever tasted!” just one of the many great comments we received on the night. “Elvis”, “Abba”, “Madonna”, “Oasis”, “Robbie Williams” and “Amy Winehouse” all enjoyed our food and provided great entertainment on the night,
