DIY
The Do It Yourself option comes with 40 – 50 kg hog scored, seasoned, spiked and fitted to a fully automatic machine to feed from 100 – 150 guests. If you wish for an additional charge we can deliver, collect and steam clean the machine for you. Every machine comes supplied with gas, a DIY kit and operating instructions.
All these services are available with pork, lamb or beef.
