Option One: Pork
Melt in the mouth cider infused pork with delicious crackling served in a bun and accompanied by a chunky apple sauce. Minimum 80 guests.
Option Two: Lamb
Lamb Roast with a hint of rosemary served with a bun accompanied by mint or redcurrant sauce. Minimum 80 guests
Option Three: Beef
Our Ruby Red Devon beef is hung for 14 days to age to perfection producing great flavoured beef served with a bread roll and horseradish. Minimum 80 guests
Option Four: Spit Roast
Sizzling Spit roast with a choice of pork, lamb or beef served with a bun accompanied by condiments and choice of three salads and hot new potatoes with butter and parsley. Minimum 80 guests.
All options include paper plates, disposable cutlery and serviettes.
Our Selection of Salad and other menu choices
Traditional Coleslaw with crispy white cabbage, carrots, sping onions, mayonnaise, sour cream and a hint of mustard.
Greek salad Tomatoes, onions, cucumber and peppers mixed with soft feta cheese and a light yoghurt
Tomato and mozzarella salad, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes with rocket and basil pesto drizzled with a balsamic dressing
Potato salad with a twist made using new and sweet potato in a wholegrain mustard mayonnaise sprinkled with fresh chives.
Baby leaf and herb salad, refreshing salad, fresh mint, taragon, dill, basil, coriander and thyme mixed with green leaves dressed with a garlic and herb vinagrette and a citrus zest.
Moroccan cous-cous salad, Toasted nuts and seeds with finely chopped red onion, cucumber, peppers, dried apricots and saffron
Hot new potatoes with melted butter and parsley
