Our Menus and Catering Options
A lot of time and thought has gone into planning our menus so they can be tailored to any taste or budget. We use fresh quality ingredients are proud to support and work with local businesses.
We aim to satisfy your budget without compromising quality, with the flexibility to exceed all your expectations. Our uniformed staff will provide a truly spectacular centre piece for any occasion. West Country Catering will come to your venue prepare and serve the food, bring all associated equipment, we will transport the food in our refrigerated vans, and prepare cook and serve all food safely and hygienically.
The Catered Options
Option One: Spit Roast
Hog Roast
Melt in the mouth cider infused pork with delicious crackling served
in a bun and accompanied by a chunky apple sauce.
Minimum 80 guests.
Lamb
Lamb Roast with a hint of rosemary served with a bun accompanied by mint or redcurrant sauce. Minimum 60 guests.
Beef
Our Ruby Red Devon beef is hung for 14 days to age to perfection producing great flavoured beef served with a bread roll and horseradish. Minimum 80 guests.
Includes quality napkins or upgrade to premium disposable plates, napkins and cutlery.
Option Two: Catered Meal
Fully catered meal that could include canapes, starter, main course, buffet dessert including china, crockery and linen.
Option Three
Full catered service and hire of other equipment and services such as cutlery, crockery, linen, serving staff and our full event management option which can include marquees and facilities.
Option Four
Full Bespoke Event management services.
