You can choose to have a sit down meal served to your table by our uniformed staff. Our chefs will prepare your meal on site and kept warm in heated chaffing dishes.slow cooked shin of beef

All our main courses can be served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables, salad options, crusty bread, cous cous or rice.

We find there are increasing numbers of vegetarians now and we want them to feel that their meal has had just as much thought go into it as the other meals.  So we have devised special meals just for them in fact they are so delicious why keep them just for the vegetarians.

Breast of Dorset Corn Fed Chicken

A prime breast of free range Dorset corn fed chicken pan fried with chestnut mushrooms and wild garlic sliced and served in a light white wine and cream reduction

 Dorset Outdoor Reared Spit Roasted Pork

Outdoor reared local Dorset pork spit roasted. Succulent pork slices infused with Somerset cider served with crispy crackling homes mage stuffing and our very special chunky bramley apple sauce

Gently braised loin of outdoor reared Dorset pork marinated in cider and bramley apples. Served on a bed of wholegrain mustard mash with a brandy and apple jus

Succulent Devon lamb slowly spit roasted with fresh rosemary and served with a delightfully fruity redcurrant jelly

Slow Cooked Shin of Devon Beef with a Thyme Scented Jus

Cubed shin of Devon beef marinated and gently braised with a delicate red wine and thyme reduction.  Served with a celeriac mash

Handmade West Country Sausages made from outdoor reared Devon pork and fresh herbs. Served on a bed of cheesy herb mash potatoes accompanied by a rich red onion gravy

Poached Salmon with a creamy tarragon sauce with mushrooms and wild rice

Warm spiced Chicken with crispy bacon and an avocado and cherry tomato and crispy leaf salad with honey and wholegrain mustard dressing

Selected Mediterranean vegetables enveloped with rich layers of homemade puff pastry and fresh herbs served with a spicy vine ripped tomato sauce
