We offer a wide range of services from a do it yourself hire service we with reliable fully automatic CE approved machines to a catered service with professional chef to carve and serve your guests.
DIY
Do It Yourself with 40 - 50 kg hog scored, seasoned, spiked and fitted to a fully automatic machine to feed from 100 - 150 guest portions this can be delivered or collected.
Catered
Delivered with 40 - 50 kg hog (110lbs), to feed up to 150 guest portions, fuel, delivered, collected, cleaned and sterilised by us after use, free delivery within 5 mile radius of our base, includes professional chef to carve and serve, per head cost for our complete service depends on the catering option selected.
All these services are also available with a lamb, beef as a barbeque option.
